Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team at ClearSource.

In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through engaging pitch decks, presentations, infographics, and marketing visuals that support sales, marketing campaigns, and company-wide initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every visual asset is on-brand, high-quality, and purpose-driven.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Presentation & Pitch Deck Design

• Design visually compelling sales and marketing pitch decks
• Create clear, engaging layouts that communicate key messages effectively
• Develop and maintain presentation templates aligned with brand guidelines

• Translate market research and campaign data into charts, graphs, and infographics
• Design visually appealing reports to showcase campaign performance and insights

Marketing & Event Support

• Create visual assets for marketing events, promotions, workshops, and online campaigns
• Design event collateral such as banners, signage, brochures, and digital displays
• Support social media and marketing initiatives with on-brand graphics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing and other departments on visual projects that support company goals
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual materials
• Live and breathe the ClearSource Core Values in all creative work

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, or a computer-related course (preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
