As a Sourcing Associate, you’ll work closely with both the Marketing and Recruitment Teams to support and execute sourcing operations — all while helping us attract top-tier talent that aligns with our mission and values.
What You’ll Do as a Sourcing Associate
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Primary Liaison for Candidates – Serve as the Account Point of Contact (POC) for designated candidates, ensuring seamless communication, guidance, and support throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
- Analyze and Interpret Hiring Needs – Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of talent acquisition requirements, sourcing demands, and the specific skill sets needed for different accounts or roles.
- Conduct Market Research and Data Analysis – Gather, evaluate, and interpret market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate behavior insights to refine sourcing techniques and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Implement Multi-Channel Sourcing Strategies – Utilize both Active Sourcing (direct outreach, networking, job boards, and recruitment campaigns) and Passive Sourcing (talent mapping, social media engagement, database mining) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Execute Comprehensive Pre-Screening Processes – Conduct in-depth pre-screening interviews and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with hiring criteria, company culture, and specific job requirements before endorsing applicants to hiring managers.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration – Organize and lead meetings, calibration sessions, and recruitment roadshows with hiring managers, HR teams, and internal/external partners to align sourcing efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize and Manage Sourcing Tools and Databases – Maintain accurate and updated talent pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Excel, and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Generate and Deliver Recruitment Reports – Compile, analyze, and present comprehensive reports on sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends, ensuring data transparency and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with External Recruitment Partners – Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring vendors, staffing agencies, and recruitment firms to expand sourcing channels and enhance candidate outreach efforts.
- Assess and Optimize Sourcing Strategies – Regularly review and evaluate the impact of sourcing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven adjustments to maximize recruitment efficiency.
- Proactively Address Sourcing Challenges – Work closely with your manager and recruitment teams to identify bottlenecks, market constraints, and hiring roadblocks, developing proactive solutions to enhance the overall sourcing process.
- At least college level education.
- 1+ year of sourcing experience in a BPO or related field.
- Average communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work onsite and on a rotating schedule.
