We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate quality leads. What you will do as Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate quality leads. You will collaborate across departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
What you will do as Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Define clear objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and messaging strategies for each campaign.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- SEO & Website Optimization:
- Perform in-depth keyword research and implement best practices to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Conduct site audits to identify technical SEO issues, improving site speed, mobile, friendliness, and user experience.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and backlink strategies.
- Track organic search performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Pay Per Click & Paid Advertising:
- Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversions.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to improve ROI.
- Analyze PPC performance metrics and generate detailed reports with insights for optimization.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule organic and paid posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing calendar.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand sentiment.
- Track social media analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality digital assets, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency across all online channels.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to create compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Create compelling email content that aligns with customer personas and buying stages.
- Analyze email marketing metrics and adjust strategies for better open and conversion rates. O
- Manage CRM integrations and customer journey workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights. O
- Generate reports on key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous marketing improvement.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred (not required). 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong copywriting, content creation, and A/B testing experience.
- Organizational & Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot), and prior experience in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
