We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta. This role requires a data-driven professional to generate high-quality leads, improve ROI, and contribute to ClearSource's growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive a minimum of 10+ marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month by Q4 2025.
- Manage budgets effectively to decrease CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) by 15%.
- Increase qualified website traffic by 30% and achieve an average CTR (Click-Through Rate) of 3.5% or higher.
- Collaborate with the Campaigns & Automation Manager and other stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.
- Leverage 6Sense intent data to optimize audience segmentation and targeting.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks.
- Expertise in 6Sense targeting and intent-based marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a US-based manager.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Google Ads: Search, display, and shopping campaign management.
- 6Sense: Intent data utilization and audience segmentation.
- LinkedIn Ads: B2B lead generation and targeting capabilities.
- Meta Ads: Dynamic ad creation, retargeting, and performance tracking.
- Advanced CRO and A/B testing tools.
