What you will do as a Business Development Representative
  • Conduct high-level discovery outbound calls to potential clients in the B2B sector
  • Perform deep market research to identify key players and opportunities in our target accounts
  • Facilitate email campaigns and utilize social selling techniques to engage prospects
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead-generation strategies and then directly implement effective day-to-day tactics
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities in our platforms (HubSpot and 6Sense)
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and sales funnel progress
  • Assist in defining sales initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall company strategies

What ClearSource Needs from You
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the business process outsourcing industry; up to 3 years of experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, 6Sense, or related CRM/ABM platforms, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft products
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a hybrid (office and remote) environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
