• Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks.
• Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:
• Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes.
• Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand.
• Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer’s time and effort to resolve the issue.
• Do outbound calls and Cold Calling.
• Assist existing homeowners with renewals or transition of policy..
• Attend to meeting on time.
• Acknowledging updates and reminders timely via teams or emails.
• Updating daily sales tracker completely and accurately.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by management.

• At least 2 + years Sales, Outbound cold calling experience.
• Above average when it comes to English communication skills.
