- Primarily responsible for supporting the ClearSource BPO PH Group in all HR Data Management tasks, along with certain responsibilities in Benefits Administration.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and provide system orientation.
- Gather and process new hire documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Enroll new hires into HR systems.
- Assist in creating payroll bank accounts for new hires and collecting ATM cards when available.
- Distribute ATM cards and assist in the release of HMO cards to employees.
- Manage employee clearance, ensuring all departments are notified and records are consistently updated.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate data and share updated master lists.
- Monitor and track leave credits.
- Handle employment verification requests.
- Oversee employee movement processes.
- Validate billing-related transactions.
- Manage supply requests.
- Ticket Management
- Initiate offboarding procedures, including system updates and final paycheck processing.
- Address basic employee inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve HR and attendance-related concerns and inquiries.
- Assist in timekeeping and payroll processing for the PH group.
- Provide guidance on statutory benefits and respond to related inquiries.
- Support data collection, updates, and basic analysis related to employee movements.
- Ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions and handle related concerns.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records for designated business units.
- Generate basic reports for various HR functions.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding the HRIS.
- Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned, based on department or business needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR roles or related administrative positions preferred.
- Experience with data management/HR system is preferred
- Experience in basic benefits administration (preferred but not required)"
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work on a night shift at Ortigas City.
