What you will do as a Quality Control Specialist
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for the projects
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all quality requirements
  • Identify non-conformances and work with the construction subcontractor to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Review and approve all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and other quality records 
  • Ensure that all personnel involved in quality assurance and quality control activities are trained and qualified
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding quality-related issues
What ClearSource Needs from You
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry, with a focus specifically on solar PV projects
  • Strong understanding of codes and standards related to solar PV construction, including NEC, IBC, and UL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
