Are you detail-orientedprocess-driven, and passionate about helping solar projects move smoothly from installation to activation? We’re looking for an Interconnection Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentenjoys working with utilities and internal teams, and takes pride in ensuring every project is submitted accurately and approved efficiently

In this role, you will reviewpreparesubmit, and manage solar interconnection
packages in accordance with utility requirements, supporting each application throughout its full lifecycle. You’ll coordinate paymentsfacilitate jurisdictional comments and revisions, record corrections, and update internal databases to drive continuous process improvement. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key in streamlining workflows and maintaining momentum on active projects. 

What will you do as a Project Coordinator

  • Manage and track solar project orders from contract approval through key project milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of required documentation and project tasks
  • Review solar contracts and project milestones to validate accuracy and readiness for the next stage
  • Schedule and coordinate field resources for site visits, installations, or inspections as needed
  • Review solar monitoring portals to confirm system activation, reporting status, and power production
  • Identify order discrepancies, delays, or risks and escalate for resolution
  • Maintain accurate order records and status updates in internal systems and CRM tools
What We're Looking For 
  • At least one (1) year of experience in US Residential Solar
  • Preferably with a background in Project Coordination
  • US Residential Solar experience, either direct or through a BPO Industry
  • Experience in Solar Contract Review and/or Milestone Review is a plus
  • Preferred experience in coordinating and scheduling field resources for site visits
  • Preferred experience with reviewing monitoring portals to ensure systems are active, reporting, and producing
  • Willing to go onsite on Day 1 in 10th Floor Rockwell Business Center, Tower 1, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City
