What will you do as a Recruiter?
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Create job descriptions and post job openings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage the hiring process from application to offer.
- Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Assist with performance reviews and goal setting.
- Support HR policies, training, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, preferably in a similar combined role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR best practices.
