ClearSource is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference.
As a Customer Service Representative for our luxury retail client, you’ll be the voice of a global brand known for style, exclusivity, and experience. Your role goes beyond resolving concerns — it’s about delivering a premium level of service that reflects the elegance and care our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer care through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring every interaction represents the brand’s quality and sophistication.
- Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled breaks and lunches, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

- Accuracy: Provide precise information, follow established processes, and ensure every detail reflects luxury-level precision.
- Connection: Build genuine emotional connections with customers, expressing empathy, active listening, and thoughtful assurance to strengthen their trust in the brand.
- Ease: Strive for one-contact resolution, offering efficient and seamless service that values the customer’s time.
- Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the customer’s needs while protecting the integrity and reputation of the client’s brand.
- Utilize ClearSource systems and tools for information tracking, issue resolution, and order coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer concern is handled with grace, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially when handling high-profile or VIP customers.
- At least High School Diploma or equivalent.
- With a minimum of 2+ years in retail customer service and experience working from home.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-end or VIP customers.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Must pass a Typing Test (minimum 60 WPM).
- Willing to work in a remote setup and adaptable to schedule adjustments as required
