You’ll coordinate pre-employment requirements, manage onboarding logistics, and ensure every new hire feels supported and engaged.
What You’ll Do as a Talent Onboarding Specialist
Your Responsibilities Include:
Pre-Employment Coordination
- Send offer letters and collect required pre-employment documents
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and verifications
- Ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Plan and facilitate virtual or in-person onboarding sessions
- Share schedules with new hires and internal teams
- Provide access to tools, equipment, credentials, and systems
- Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure a smooth handoff
- Be the main point of contact for new recruits, answering questions and resolving concerns
- Gather feedback to help improve future onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure labor law compliance
- Track probationary periods and support performance follow-ups
- Update trackers, coordinate with IT and Admin for equipment and login credentials
- Manage ID creation and collaborate with vendors for background checks
- Look for ways to optimize and improve onboarding workflow,
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or onboarding
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, and onboarding tools
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and engage with people across all levels
- Experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies
