- Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and other information as required to achieve Operations objectives
- Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the hand-off of trainees to production
- Administer assessments to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Regularly participate in production activities to maintain expertise on each line of business being trained
- Complete necessary training, nesting, and certification prior to running a class
- Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel
- Send Attendance update in the Class Attendance Channel
- Attend pre-shift huddle with superior
- Send EOD Report
- Attend Calibration with QA and Ops when available
- Live the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
