If the answer is yes, then ClearSource is looking for you to join our team as a Solar Performance Diagnostics Technician. You should be responsible for providing desktop troubleshooting support to Solar field service professionals and tagging of equipment serial numbers to monitoring portal.

What you will do as a Solar Performance Diagnostics Technician
 
  • Remotely diagnose PV system issues including non-operation and underperformance.
  • Maximize Field Service efficiency by ensuring the correct equipment, skillset, and the number of technicians on-site work orders.
  • Assist in live Diagnostic Consultation with other departments via phone.
  • Understand and apply corporate policies, process documentation, manufacturer's specifications and requirements.
  • Provide feedback on trends you are seeing to our Diagnostics Leadership.
  • Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications.
  • Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.

What ClearSource Needs from You
 
  • Technical or Engineering Degree holder (Preferred), considerable technical background needed.
  • Salesforce navigation expertise is a plus, Solar experience and knowledge a plus, Engineering/design and troubleshooting or TSR experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, technical-minded.
