Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and technical AutoCAD workflows as required to achieve Operations objectives.
- Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate the creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the successful hand-off of trainees to production.
- Administer assessments and technical design reviews to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Regularly participate in production activities—including active solar design and drafting—to maintain expertise on each line of business (LOB) being trained.
- Complete necessary training, nesting, and CAD certification prior to running a class.
- Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel and send Attendance updates in the Class Attendance Channel daily.
- Attend huddles with leaders and send EOD Reports regarding class progress and technical milestones.
- Attend Calibration with QA and Ops when available to ensure training aligns with current solar design standards and LOB requirements.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Proven experience in AutoCAD (specifically within the Solar or Construction industry).
- Training Versatility: Ability to facilitate training for both technical roles (Design/Engineering) and non-technical roles (Customer Service/Support).
- Solar Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar layouts, site assessments, and jurisdictional (AHJ) design standards.
- Multi-LOB Versatility: Ability to learn and teach multiple workstreams across the account seamlessly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical drafting concepts for new learners.
