Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta. This role is ideal for a data-focused marketer who can generate high-quality leads, improve ROI, and contribute directly to ClearSource’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate a minimum of 10+ marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month by Q4 2025
- Manage budgets strategically to reduce CPA by at least 15%
- Increase qualified website traffic by 30% and maintain an average CTR of 3.5% or higher
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Market Development Manager, and other stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, messaging, and targeting
- Leverage 6Sense intent data to refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, including the ethical use of AI to improve workflows and outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks
- Hands-on expertise with 6Sense intent-based targeting and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with a history of improving ROI and campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a US-based manager
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
Technical Skills Required
- Google Ads: Search and display campaign management
- 6Sense: Intent data utilization, audience segmentation, and workflow development
- LinkedIn Ads: B2B targeting and lead generation
- Meta Ads: Retargeting, dynamic ads, and performance tracking
- Advanced CRO and A/B testing tools
