What you will do as a Customer Advocate Specialist
  • Professionally manage inbound calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and accuracy, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive solar-related information to educate and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications for seamless follow-up and reporting.
  • Answer customer emails efficiently, ensuring timely responses and thorough resolutions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for positive outcomes.
  • Skillfully de-escalate customer concerns, turning challenging situations into opportunities for satisfaction.
