What you will do as a Nurse Coordinator
- Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility
- Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods
- Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls
- Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
- Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information
- Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements
- Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner
- Identify and escalate issues according to standard procedures
- Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
- Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience required; clinical experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a quiet, professional home workspace
- Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet (not company-provided)
- High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
